What is the minimum age?

The minimum age is 16 with a responsible adult or 18 and over unnacompanied

Can I rent towels and flip-flops?

Yes you can rent towels and flip-flops for a £3 deposit. This will be refunded upon the return of items.

What's Included in the hour?

Access to the wood burning sauna, and cold plunge and a relaxation area. All of which is undercover so the elements shouldn't be an issue and privacy for customers will be maintained.
